Gary Alexander, MAI, AI-GRS is the Principal of of the firm. He brings nearly 40 years of hands-on appraisal experience, including Chief Appraiser or Regional Manager at six regulated banks, and Area Managing Director of one of the Nation's largest appraisal firms. He has successfully represented appraisal departments to the OTS, FDIC, FRB, OCC, CADFPI, Fannie, Freddie, FHA and VA. His specialty is identifying valuation issues and reconciling them among all stake holders such as appraisers, reviewers, credit and sales teams and senior banking executives.
